For the 2022 Council Elections, Election Day was April 20, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. 

Congratulations to Re-elected Council Members Theresa Stevens (District 1 — South Western) and Katie Schulz (District 2 — Central Western).

Council is the College’s governing body or board of directors, made up of Council members who are, as a collective, responsible for making decisions that best serve the public interest, protect patients and improve the quality of physiotherapists' care in Ontario.

The College’s Council and Committees are made up of eight elected physiotherapists (PTs) from regions across the province, two academic representatives selected by their peers and seven members of the public appointed by the Government of Ontario. Physiotherapists on Council are nominated and elected by their peers and serve a three-year term.
