Discipline Hearing Guidelines for Members of the Public 

Attending College of Physiotherapists of Ontario’s Discipline Hearings Electronically


If you are interested in attending a Discipline hearing that is being held electronically, please contact the College’s Hearings Office no later than 2 p.m. the day before the hearing takes place to let them know. You will then be sent information about how to access the hearing electronically. 

You can email the Hearings Officer at hearings@collegept.org or 416-591-3828 ext. 290 or 1-800-583–5885 ext. 290.

If you are not familiar with the Zoom conferencing software and require help with the technology, please contact the Hearings Officer and we are happy to send you a technology support guide document. You also have the option of listening to the Discipline hearing by telephone if you prefer.
