On April 22, 2022, the government extended the remaining public health measures, directives and orders related to the pandemic until at least June 11, 2022.  

As a reminder, masks are still required in public transit, health care settings, long-term care and retirement homes and congregate care settings. 

The College considers all physiotherapy practice settings to be health care settings. Physiotherapists should continue to wear surgical/procedural masks and patients should continue to wear a mask while attending in-person physiotherapy care.
